MARCH 22nd WORSHIP FOLDER
God is Spirit!
His Worshipers Must Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth!
Fourth Sunday Worship – March 22, 2020
We Reaffirm our Faith
Our Confession of Renewal
We believe in God, the Father, infinite in wisdom, goodness and love; and in Jesus Christ, His Son, our Lord and Savior, who for us and our salvation, lived and died and rose again, and lives evermore; and in the Holy Spirit, who takes the things of Christ and reveals them to us, renewing, comforting and inspiring the souls of men. We believe in the Parenthood of God and the unity of humanity. We believe that Christ is the Way and the Truth and the Life. We believe in the clean heart and the unworldly life and the service of love that Jesus taught and exemplified. We accept His Spirit and His teaching, and we dedicate ourselves to His unfinished work!

Announcements
Welcome to Shiloh! We are worshiping today using a different format in response to the constraints on attendance. We are watching closely the events, as they are unfolding, regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. As valued members and visiting friends, we appreciate your commitment to Shiloh’s various ministries. It’s important for all of us to thoughtfully and prayerfully approach corporate worship and ministry opportunities. For the security of our members and to comply with the directives from State and Local Leadership, we are limiting the number attending worship and other activities to 50. So that members may still participate, we are live-streaming worship and Bible Study (http://www.vimeo.com/shilohbr). We are also expanding the use of our Prayer Line to include nightly Prayer gatherings at 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Our normal Lenten activities—Road to Renewal, Spring Revival, The Easter Drama, The Easter Egg Hunt, etc.—are cancelled. Also, Nursing Home and Prison visits are suspended until further notice. Our Deacon Ministry Meeting and Church Meeting, set for Saturday, is postponed. The Christian Education Ministry’s Creative Writing Seminar will be rescheduled, as will the Tabitha Ministry’s Sew-a-Thon. In short, everything is on hold until further notice. The Church Office remains open (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), and you may call for additional information or come by if there is a service we can render. Our Early Learning Center remains open and ready to serve our regular children, as well as other children in need of adult supervision (please, no children older than 12) while school is not in session. If you are ill, please seek proper medical treatment and enjoy our worship experiences via livestream, television (10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sundays, CW21) and radio (2:00 p.m. on Sundays, WXOK-1460 AM or the WXOK app), until you can safely return. We are aware that this is a stressful time for all of us, and we care about your spiritual and physical health, and we are prayerful that this health crisis will not affect you or your families. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we make these transitions.
In this difficult time, let us not overlook our stewardship responsibility to practice extravagant generosity. MyEoffering offers the convenience of online giving. Go to www.shilohbr.com, and click on the “Give” button at the top of the homepage, or the, “Make a Donation” button at the bottom. Create a personal account and make your contribution with your credit/debit card, checking or savings account. You may also utilize the Bill-Pay Service provided by your bank, credit union or financial institution. Go to that institution’s website and locate the Bill-Pay option.
Prayer-by-Phone is each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at 6:00 a.m., led by Rev. Emanuel Smith, Minister of Community Outreach, and Min. Rodney Johnson. We are also expanding our Prayer-by-Phone by adding an evening opportunity, Monday – Friday, at 6:00 p.m. The Pastor will be leading the evening prayer calls. Call 425.436.6377; then enter the code, 337747. Note that this is a change from the previous telephone number.
As you make summer plans for your children and grandchildren, please consider Shiloh Summer Camp, 2020. Camp will run from May 26 – July 31—10 weeks—for Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Demetria Jones-Smith, Sis. Ida Holmes, Sis. CaSandra Beverly, or the Church Office.
