FREE DRIVE THRU COVID-19 TESTING
Southeast Community Health Systems will provide free drive thru COVID-19 testing on Monday, August 3, 2020 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at Shiloh.
- Pre-registration is not required but highly encouraged to expedite testing.
- A face covering is required during the drive thru.
- ID is required for testing.
- Please bring medical insurance card. Medical insurance is not required for testing.
- All children under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
